Entry fees will be refunded in full for withdrawals prior to the Monday midnight before the event. No refund will be given after this date, as funds for the event have already been committed.

Individual team members may withdraw from an event and will be eligible for a refund of their entry fee – it is not necessary for the whole team to withdraw.

To get a refund prior to the deadline, please use the ‘Modify Team’ button on the event page.  Refunds will be paid within 1-2 weeks.

If withdrawing after the refund deadline, please inform the event administrator at admin@nswrogaining.org.
