How do I Enter?
So you’ve looked at the calendar here and found an event you’re interested in participating in.
About a month out from the event, on -line entries will open and be announced on the NSWRA website.
Rogaining is a team event (2-5 people) and you need to have your team organised before you start the process of entering the event.
Don’t have a team? Go to the event page for the next event and use the partner finding service.
Like most technology the NSWRA on-line entry system has its own idiosyncrasies. It works easier if one team member enters the whole team in one go, and pays all fees on their credit card at that time. Before creating a team, please have all team members’ details ready for entry:
- Names – first and last
- contact phone numbers
- Birth date
- Gender
- Address
- Emergency Contact details
- Whether they are full fee or eligible for a concession. Go here for fee structure
The team contact person must be the first member of a team. An email address is required.
Please pay for all members in the one transaction. Your team will only be entered if all team members have paid.
Having said that, all is not lost and our event administrators can make manual adjustments after you’ve realised your team details are not complete and accurate.
Upon completing entry and payment, you will be emailed an invoice for the transaction. Shortly your team will appear on the team list on the event entry web pages.
