Children under 14 years of age are given free entry.

A "Concession" rate will apply to ..

  • Anyone between 14 and 22 years of age

  • Unemployed
  • Pensioners

As for competition categories, your age on the first day of the event is used.

The actual entry fees vary from event to event and are shown on each individual event entry form.

Closing Date for Entries

Each event will have a date set, usually between 5 and 15 days before the event beyond which no entries will be accepted.   There are no "Late Fees".

Refunds

If for some reason you find you need to withdraw after paying your entry, you may be granted a refund.  The amount refunded will be the full amount prior to the closing date. No refund will be given after the closing date as funds have already been committed.

Rewarding of Volunteers through free entry or training

In January 2010, NSWRA introduced a policy aimed at providing an incentive for volunteering and to recognise volunteers.

Volunteers who have made a major contribution to an event and forgone the opportunity to participate will be offered free entry to a NSWRA organised Rogaine, or a contribution to training.
