The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the NSW Rogaining Association will be held at 2pm on 22 February 2026 at Swansea High School, 78 Park Avenue, Caves Beach NSW 2281, following the Minigaine presentations.

- Motion: the President’s Report and the Accounts incorporating the 2025 Financial Statements as approved by the Committee and tabled at this meeting be adopted.
- Election of Office Bearers and general committee members for 2026. Note: All positions are declared vacant and nominations will be accepted in writing or by email up until 7 days before the opening of the meeting. John Clancy, Secretary is the Returning Officer and is accepting nominations (secretary@nswrogaining.org). All positions are open to nomination prior to the meeting using the Nomination Form available on the NSWRA Website here.
- General Business. Any general business that any member or members wish to be heard.
