TEAM CHANGES
The organising team recognises that circumstances
may change and that you may wish to replace
a current team member who is now unable to
attend. The fundamental rule is that we will
accept a change that does not add to the number
of people in the event, however, you need to
inform the Event Administrator of the change
at admin@rogaine2006.com.au .
It will not be possible to add a team member
to an existing team.
If you need to withdraw your complete team
the organisers reserve the right to allocate
vacancies to those on the Standby / Waiting
list.

INDEMNITY:All entrants are required to sign a waiver form
before the start of the event acknowledging the
risks of rogaining, agreeing to participate on
the conditions specified and to indemnify the NSW
Rogaining Association for any loss or damage arising
from participating in the event. You can download

REFUNDS:Entrants needing to withdraw from the event may receive the following refund
(New refund policy-25th May 2006):
- 90% before the 1st September 2006, a minimum10% administrative fee applies to all with drawls.
- 50% before the 1st of October 2006
- Nil on or after the 1st October 2006
- Refunds are not available for Membership fees, Coach Fare, Clothing or Compasses.
ENTRY FEES – all fees listed are in Australian dollars:
Note that the entry fee does NOT include insurance for personal injury, medical evacuation or travel insurance.
The standard entry fee for the event is A$ 110.00.
A concession discount of A$ 15.00 is available to those without a regular income including: dependant children, full time students, pensioners and those unemployed. The NSWRA reserves the right to challenge any claim for a concession discount.
An early entry discount of A$ 15.00 will apply to entries received before 1 May 2006.
A late fee of A$ 20.00 will apply to entries received after 31 August 2006.
A maximum entry fee will apply to families entered in one or more teams. A family is defined as one or two adults plus any number of dependent children who look to one or both of the adults as a parent and all live at the same address. The maximum family entry fee is A$ 190.00 before 1 May 2006 and A$ 220.00 on or after 1 May 2006. A late fee of A$ 20.00 per person will apply to all members of a family for entries received after 31 August 2006.
COACH FEES:
A charted coach will provide transport to the event from Sydney and seats can
be booked with your event entry.
The standard coach fee is A$ 90.00.
An early booking discount of A$ 10.00 will apply before 1 May 2006.
MEMBERSHIP FEES: Competitors who are Australian residents and over the age of 18 are required to be a member of an Australian Rogaining Association on the first day of the event. Annual membership of the NSW Rogaining Association can be paid with your entry. An optional subscription to the NSWRA newsletter is also available.

OTHER FEES:
Other optional purchases available include an evening meal on Thursday 12 October, clothing and compasses. Payment for these items can also be made with your event entry. Costs are:

Clothing items to be advised
Purchasing Saturday afternoon presentation lunch and Saturday evening
meal / entertainment: Friends and family will be able to purchase
the Saturday afternoon presentation lunch and/or the Saturday evening meal /
entertainment.
Under 18’s will
not be charged for the meal or for attending the Saturday evening
entertainment. For catering purposes, you will need to email the Administrator
admin@rogaine2006.com.au before the 7th October 2006
with the following information:
- Names (including those under 18)- surname
and first name
- Presentation lunch, Saturday 14th October
2006- number required @ $10.00 per head for
over 18’s.
- Dinner and Entertainment by Didge Dingo,
Saturday evening 14th October 2006-number
required @ $15.00 per head for over 18’s.
Payment will be collected
at the time of each meal.
Of course family and friends are welcome to
attend either the lunch or dinner without
purchasing a meal as sharing the celebration is
the most important thing.
1st Waitara Scouts will have soft drinks for
sale Saturday afternoon and evening.
The Rotary Club of Coonabarabran will have
alcoholic drinks for sale Saturday evening.
Remember, entry fees for competitors includes
both the Saturday Presentation Lunch and
Saturday Evening Meal and Entertainment.

Purchasing Saturday
afternoon presentation lunch and Saturday evening meal / entertainment:
We have had enquiries from friends and family
of entrants asking if they can purchase meals on Saturday afternoon and
Saturday evening. Yes they can. For more details,

page.
Additional purchases
(updated 8/10):
Clothing is no longer available for purchase on
line or by post. There will be stock available at the
rogaine.
Compasses are no longer available for purchase.
There are a limited number of compasses available for
hire.
No refunds are available for orders of these items.
TEAMS and CATEGORIES
Teams must consist of between 2 and 5 members.
The only constraint on forming a team is if there are any team members under the age of 14 there must also be at least one team member over the age of 18.
Teams will automatically be entered in all applicable age and gender categories.
For a team to qualify for the Novice category, this must be the first rogaine that all team members have entered. Teams in this category should contact the organisers to discuss their capacity to complete this event.
A team may enter the Family category if all members belong to the one family and the team includes at least one parent or grandparent and one child under the age of 18.
