There have been a number of corrections to the Novice and Family categories since the day of the event which affect the placings.

The "Individual Team Sheets" now show the correct "splits".

Description

This was a 6 hour event starting at 9:30am at Loftus Public School.

Time for the traditional end-of-year six-hour rogaine. This year, course setter Gareth Denyer has been weaving magic deep in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney and has come up with a quite spectacular course that is guaranteed to take you onto many beautiful bush trails that you have never before set foot on. There will be giddying heights, limpid pools, nuclear reactors, dead bodies and of course steam trains in suburban front yards - everything you could want out of a rogaine...

Who could enter?

Like all NSWRA rogaines, anyone could enter. You had to make up a team of between 2 and 5 people. If you were under 14 years of age on the day of the event you had to have an adult in your team.

By entering this event you became a member of NSW Rogaining Association unless you were already a member of another state rogaining association. Your membership will last for 12 months from the date of this event.


Competition Categories

This event offered the normal age/gender based categories plus the 'Novice" and "Family" category.   See the Competition Categories page for more details.
