The event organiser reports ...

Take some of Sydney's best bush scenery and The Rest is History - the 2011 Metrogaine was ripper (and a swelterer) of an event. Graeme Hill and Gareth Denyer set and vetted a monster course - you can see what we meant when we said that they had been working unbelievably hard to set a course that has it all - fast street running for the road warriors, plenty of cafes for the cappucino set, some spectacular Sydney bushland (those secret gullies holding amazing ferny creeks that Sydney abounds with), and even a Magical History Tour with a concentration of historically significant controls (both European and indigenous history) - there was even a bonus for those history buffs among you..
